About the Directors

Jad Tremel - Founder & President; Owner of Southern Pride Landscaping, as well as Boundaries of Central Florida spray company, graduate of Faith Farm, Mentor at Polk Correctional, Lighthouse Mission speaker, facilitates 100 Hours life skills class and Dads Coaching Clinic.

Ed White - Vice-President; Prison and Jail rehabilitation are very fruitful areas of ministry.  Our (FIT) 100hour curriculum is the best tool  I have seen to get the results the state wants to reduce the decidivism rate in our prisons and jails. We have a growing network of instructors across the state. Our goal is to have the curriculum in every prison, jail and transition center that will allow it.  We also wish to place a transition house near each prison that does not already have one.  Also, we are praying for a center where we can house registered sex offenders. They are the "lepers" of our day

Todd Knaack - Director; Broker Owner, My New Home Realty, LLC Lakeland, Mentor at Polk Correctional, leads chapel services at Light House Mission, facilitator of men's small groups, facilitates 100 Hours life skills class, and bible studies and Promise Keepers chair.

Fred DeMouey, Secretary/Treasurer; Real Estate Broker, has a B.A. from Southeastern University, directs chapel services at Light House Mission, Mentor at Polk Correctional, Coordinator of 100 Hours life skills class teacher.
